MANUU PIO didnt know how many application recieved under RTI ACT-2005!


Maulana Azad National Urdu University`s Public Information Officer didnt knows the how many applications recieved from january 2010 to till date and he shows anger on me when I asked him abouts CIC`s Notice that means Manuu Administration is not implimenting RTI ACT 2005 Seriously ............................
